By commissioning me, you have acknowledged and agreed to the terms of service below. Failure to comply with these terms will result in consequences.

//_RECIEVING THE ARTWORK ;

You will be given the final piece through Gmail or Google Drive. If there are other methods you'd rather have your commission sent to you, feel free to let me know.You will receive the following ;
_ High-res png file with background.
_ High-res png file with transparent background.
_ Low-res jpeg file with the watermark for posting.The size of the canvas may vary with each piece.
_ Estimated size is atleast 2000 x 2000 px.
_ 350 DPI

I'm allowed to post personal arts while working on commissions.I have the right to turn down a commission if your request makes me feel uncomfortable or if I feel as if I won't be able to finish it.I suffer from tics and chronic pain. If you need the artwork before a specific time or date, then I am not the person for you. I am not good with deadlines in general. The maximum amount of time it'll take for me to finish your piece is one month. Σ(´□｀;)I will decline a commission consisting of only words, so please provide me with clear visual references. A description is appreciated to ensure you get the best results.I do not replicate other artstyles.

//_ARTIST & CLIENT RIGHTS ;

My artwork is for personal use only unless it is agreed upon by me, the artist, and the commissioner.As the artist, I ;
_ retain the rights to my artwork and can use it however I please.
_ have the right to upload the final product on my social media page or portfolio.
_ may use it as an example for future commissions.If you request to remain anonymous or wish for me not to post it, I'd be more than happy to oblige. ﾟ+.ﾟ(´▽`人)ﾟ+.ﾟAs the client, you may ;
_ use the artwork as your icon and banner, as well as produce prints and videos (edits, amvs, etc) for personal use only.
_ crop and resize the artwork to fit those stated above ^^
_ repost with credit.
_ use the artwork as a reference for a study.As the client, you may not ;
_ use my work to train AI
profit off of cryptocurrencies, NFTs, etc.
_ trace, resell, repaint, or claim the art as your own.
_ remove my watermark under any circumstance unless stated otherwise.Make sure you credit me properly if you are going to use my arts. Whether you link my account or tag me, I'd greatly appreciate it.

//_PAYMENTS & REFUNDS ;

Payment must be done via Cashapp (USD$) or other payment methods mentioned; gamestop giftcard or nintendo e-shop card.You must pay in full. Prices are non-negotiable. If you plan on profiting off of my arts (merch, commercial use, emotes, etc), we can discuss the prices. (^∧^)I will not receive any money until AFTER you've confirmed the sketch. This is to prevent myself from losing motivation to work on your piece.Refunds are acceptable in full if I am unable to work on it any longer.

//_PROGRESS ;

Be as specific as possible regarding what you want so I won't get confused. I'm quite slow.I will provide you with frequent updates unless you order a “Surprise me/Skeb-like” commission.During each phase (sketch, coloring, etc), I will send you a low-res jpeg of what I have so far. Though, you are more than welcome to ask for an update any time.Feel free to request any changes!! ;
_ I will allow major revisions during the sketching phase (before you pay)
_ Minor revisions are allowed during the sketching and coloring phase.
_ Two times maximum for edits without fees. +$5 after you've used up your two free changes.
_ If I forget an accessory or a specific feature, I will edit it free of charge.Regarding Skeb-like commissions ;
_ The prices are much lower. To compensate for that, all communication will be prohibited.
_ Please provide me with only a visual reference (or a link to your design) and a brief description of their personality.
_ If you request a character from any media (tv series, video games, etc), a description is not required.
_ The whole purpose of a Skeb-like commission is to surprise you. I am not required to give you updates, wips, or any revisions. (^-^;
_ Since this is a PWYW (pay what you want) commission, the drawing quality may vary based on how much you pay.If you have any questions, feel free to let me know. Other than that, please be respectful. Don't spam me with tons of messages if I don't reply right away. Dankeschön~! (*´－｀*)ﾉ ♡
